Return Policy
- Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Returns and exchange will be accepted only if it is sent within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date. Customer is responsible for additional shipping and delivery charges.
- If your item is in its original condition in which it had been shipped, you may exchange for a different finish or product. If additional costs apply for a price difference, you will be contacted as we do not retain credit card information from our customers.
- A full refund of your purchase price, excluding the shipping will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
- Items damaged during shipping is non-refundable. In this case, you may file a claim with the carrier.
- All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
- Shipping and credit card fees are non-refundable. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
